The birth of her daughter took place on the 1st march 1980 in Moscow and was born to a family that included the economics and director Tatyana Dmitrievna. As a child she fell ill and spent 6 months in the hospital. He was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. The skating skills he developed with fellow countryman Denis Samokhin made him famous. In 1993, they were ranked 8th at the Junior World Championship, and in 1994, they were 7th. The pair briefly worked together along with Maxim Kachanov and they were then placed 5 at during the 1994 Goodwill Games she then teamed together with Vladimir Fedorov in 1995. It was a successful partnership. They twice won the Finlandia Trophy, and they also participated in Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Their partnership was a success as they were able to achieve more than they could have by themselves. The highlight of their partnership was when they finished 15th overall in the World Championships 1998.
