Eliza Jane Bio
Eliza Jane Morley, nee Taylor-Cotter was born 24 October 1989. She is known professionally as Eliza Taylor. She is most famous for her roles as Janae Timmins on the Australian soap drama Neighbours (2005-08) as well as Clarke Griffin on The CW drama series The 100 (2014-2020). Taylor was born in Melbourne and has three siblings: two sisters and one brother. Her mom is a journalist and a graphic designer. Her stepfather was a comedian and her father owned cafes in Melbourne. Taylor aspired to become an ocean biologist when she was when she was a young child. As with the majority of Australian actors, Taylor made her breakthrough on the Australian soap drama Neighbours. After appearing as a guest on the Australian soap opera Neighbours in 2003, Taylor was given the part of Janae Timmins. One of the factors that helped her reach this decision was that all of her family members on screen was written out and the new cast members gave the series the feeling of being in a completely new location. She added: "It just didn't feel like the family that I was a part of when I began three years ago. Taylor was one of the cast members who quit the show simultaneously. Taylor completed her last scene in the studio in 2007. The final episode premiered on February 8, 2008. In 2007, Taylor was nominated for Best Female at the Inside Soap Awards.
